While the District does not employ any full time employees, it has contracted for certain services as follows:
Tax Assessor / Collector
The Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector manages the District’s taxes. Please contact their office for assistance at (281)342-3411. Their mailing address is 301 Jackson St., Richmond, TX 77469. Land and improvements within the District are appraised for ad valorem taxation purposes by the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District. The District’s Tax Assessor/Collector is appointed by the Board of Directors of the District. Fort Bend County (281-341-3710, FBCTaxInfo@fortbendcountytx.gov ) is currently serving in this capacity for the District.
Bookkeeper
The District has engaged Municipal Accounts & Consulting, LP to serve as the District’s bookkeeper.
System Operator
The District contracts with Si Environmental, LLC for maintenance and operation of the District’s system.
Engineer
The consulting engineer for the District in connection with the design and construction of the District’s facilities is Costello, Inc.
Attorney / Agent for Notice
The District engages Muller Law Group PLLC ( 202 Century Square Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77478, 281-500-6050 ) as general counsel and as Bond Counsel in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Financial Advisor
Masterson Advisors, LLC serves as financial advisor to the District.
Auditor
The District’s financial statements are prepared by FSG Information Systems, L.P. and audited annually by McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC.
